RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with any unaltered merchandise you have ordered, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, no questions asked.

 

All items must be in their original condition with their original packaging, instruction manuals, warranties, and tags.

 

Original shipping/processing charges are not refundable. We will, however, exchange items with no additional shipping/processing charges.

 

Please allow 14 business days to process your return.

 

EXCEPTIONS:

 

  • Support and fashion hosiery may not be returned or exchanged except in the case of a manufacturer’s defect.

 

  • Laundered garments and footwear showing visible wear are not returnable unless they are defective.

 

  • IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT EMBROIDERED RETURNS:

Embroidered garments and engraved equipment are not returnable unless we have made an error in embroidering your garment or engraving your equipment.  We provide specific sizing charts from all our manufacturers.  Additionally, we encourage you to try on a size for fit BEFORE placing the order from another source.  Despite that, if the customer orders the incorrect size, please contact customer service for a return with a 50% restocking fee, as long as the garment is returned to us in the original condition, and the customer pays for the return shipping.  We take responsibility for our mistakes and ask you to take responsibility for yours.
